Tender for external Auditor

In line with the project’s proposal, the consortium of the approved project “Enhancing sustainable and green leather technology in Indonesia”, ref.no.: 101128907 -EDU-2023-CBHE (in short “ELEGTEC”), within the framework of the Erasmus Plus Programme, Capacity Building for Higher Education, appointed an External auditor.
The external auditor has been selected to ensure a neutral review and a consistency in the assessment of the project deliverables versus project target groups’ needs/expectations. The tendering procedure (invitation, call for expression of interest) for the selection of the auditor has been done by CRETHIDEV (member of the project consortium) which is rersponsible for the quality assurance of ELEGTEC. The invitation has been publicized in the project media.
The External Auditor has been hired in order to verify the quality of the project, the achievement of milestones and objectives and evaluate the results of each Work Package of the project. Three reports will be produced at the end of each project year (i.e. Month 13-31.01.2025, Month 25- 31.01.2026, and M36-31.12.2026), based on the information provided by the Project Quality Manager and the Project Coordinator, according to the framework defined in the approved project. The selected External Auditor has entered a contract with the project member and Project Quality Manager, CRETHIDEV.
Required qualifications (exclusion criteria):
A higher education diploma
Experience in quality assurance and evalution (minimum 2 years)
Excellent knowledge of English (C2)
Additional qualifications (rated criteria):
Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia language (B2) (30%)
Research or working experience in the TCLF sector (minimum 2 years) (40%)
Experience in the implementation of national, EU or international projects for TCLF (30%)
